Edge to Edge Global Investments Limited (“E2E” or the “Group”) is a
South African based investment holding company with investments
primarily in the biotechnology sphere.
The Group’s subsidiaries and strategic partners have focused on
the provision of nutritional products and pro-active health
solutions to a broad industrial, commercial, government and retail
customer base over many decades.
This well-established Edge2Edge Group
(“The Group”) has
successfully tested a history-making nutritional supplement to fortify
the human immune system to counter epidemic diseases such as
*HIV/AIDS.
The major product of the Group is the Imuniti
Nutritional Supplement Combo Pack (ISCP), consisting of 8 different natural products, which
successfully passed pre-clinical trials and clinical trials.
Through its ability to deliver an affordable range of
nutritional fortified and natural products, the Group aims to address
malnutrition, immune deficiencies, and water contamination problems of
developing countries and beyond.
The Group’s primary intention is to, once the quality
of life clinical trials are complete, have the product included in the
standard treatment regime of
HIV/AIDS patients worldwide, thus forming the nutritional component of the treatment.
However, the Group has already identified other alternative
mechanisms to introduce the product to the market. Standard HIV/AIDS
treatment in the developing world already prescribe that nutrition is a
key component.
IT WOULD THEREFORE BE NON-SENSICAL TO GIVE ANY PATIENT
ANTI-RETROVIRALS WITHOUT FOOD.
A basic nutritious meal is the most common dilemma facing a
third of the world population. The Group has packaged several product
combinations – compiled from their existing manufacturing capabilities –
to address this problem. One of the greatest challenges facing the globe
is safe drinking water for the years ahead.
The Group has a credible solution – it is part of the
*ISCP – but
will also be sold as a stand-alone product. – see manufacturing
credentials and endorsements. The Group has recently signed a memorandum
of understanding with the Africa Forum which grants them the status of
preferred partners to the Forum.
The Forum represents 37 African Heads of State and Government,
unifying their efforts to combat HIV/AIDS and other diseases as well as
channel donor funding from various Global Organizations and Aid Relief
Institutions. The scope of the partnership commits the Group to supply
the whole of Africa with its ISCP.
The Forum is currently registering their intent to roll-out the ISCP
with all the relevant Governmental agencies in all African countries.
Addressing Africa’s need for food insecurity will take a responsible effort from
the Group in conjunction with the Africa Forum (details of the Africa
Forum membership available).
The strategic intent of the Group is to make a difference in the
areas of its operations namely food security, clean water, health, with downstream direct involvement in agricultural produce to cater
for own raw material needs for the exponential product roll-out –
downstream activities also include contributions in development and
education and eradicating poverty;
The strategic intent of the Africa Forum/Edge2Edge Partnership is to
attract financial and other resources participation from the Middle
East with the development need for the Continent of Africa primarily
for food security, health and education;
It is the ambitious strategic intent of the Africa Forum/Edge2Edge
Partnership, for the Continent of Africa to eventually become more
self-reliant in the mentioned areas.
Imuniti Holdings Limited (“IMU”), a listed
company on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange
since December 2006, was founded by the same founder members
of the Edge2Edge Group as a vehicle for the South African roll-out
of the product

blended products in South Africa, is situated in Klerksdorp and
facilities at the plant include packaging, warehousing and delivery
systems. The extensive range of catering products are used by large-scale industrial food
users such as contract catering companies, mining houses, schools,
colleges, feeding schemes, prison services, hospitals and
wholesalers. Pack sizes
are designed for economies of scale and are also suitable for use by
specialist retail outlets such as agricultural co-ops.
Impilo, established in the 1940s, manufactures its own generic drugs
and complementary medicines. Impilo manufactures around 382
formulas. The potential capacity of the Impilo factory is 60 million
tablets, 10 million capsules and 150 kilolitres of liquids and
ointment per month. Impilo is a registered Medicines Control Council
(MCC) facility and manufactures its products according to Good
Manufacturing Practice (“GMP”) standards.
Impilo Marketing was established in 1992 and has built up an
extensive marketing and sales network throughout South Africa and
Namibia.
