Product authentication and detailed feedback is essential, especially with donor funds or funds that are donated by individual sponsors.
The distributing network is an important part of our Social application, to show the donor online via
Wi1P what was done and accomplished with their contribution.
The Distribution network consists out of four components:
- A Person in Need
Any person that have not enough to provide at least one balanced meal for him/her self or and their family depending on them, are
eligible to qualify for a free sponsored food package.
The qualification is regardless of race, sexual or Demographical orientation. According to various statistics from a wide range of Health orientated organizations, there are approximately between 127 to 130 million people in Africa alone, living from less than $1 per day. In India its worse and the same situation exist in Asia and South America.
Deciding who qualifies, is a daunting task that lies ahead and we acknowledge that there is also a large corruption element in these areas. At present 75% of all funds contributed towards feeding end up in the organizers and administrators pockets. Welfare has become a roaring trade. The Edge2Edge/Africa Forum has committed to a maximum cost component of 2.5%, even
if it might takes I bit longer to feed the poor.
Our Mission is to make a difference one person at a time.
The success of the AF/E2E project is dependant on teaching Self-reliance to those who qualify. The Agriculture Self-reliance Project is workable, due to the ingredients
that the Nutritional Supplement Combo pack consists off. All the ingredients are 100% natural and easy to grow in all of these identified areas.
The AF/E2E ASRP includes a well structured Educational component to teach
how to farm these ingredients. The raw materials will be bought back from the individual small farmers, as they regain strength and self respect. The person sponsored yesterday becomes part of the
solution today.
- Charity Worker
This is a person in need of a healthy diet, and eligible according to E2E and the Africa Forum
*MOU to receive sponsored food. This component is designed around 100 people per unit. One of the persons in this unit will volunteer to be the FIELD AGENT (FA), responsible for delivering and giving prompt feedback on product distribution and delivery. The Appointed field worker might not be part of the group, but a person already taking responsibility for the welfare of others. This person will become part of the educational program and will receive training towards all agriculture facets, including harvest management, and financial management.
Example: The pastor working in my garden has his own congregation in Belabela, a small community 100 km north of Pretoria. In his congregation there are well over 100 people that are starving. He registers
them one by one and attached 2 recent photos of the person to the registration form. (A Face and full body photo, taken with his mobile phone). He applies to become a field worker and to receive
100 packs monthly for his registered unit. The FA now delivers the registration form with 2 photos to us and this person with his 100 person unit is published on the Social platform, The World in One Place, Ready for adoption/to be sponsored.
The FA receives remuneration per month for successful delivery and travel expenses. He collects the stock from a central point, either at our premises’ or at some community place where we deliver it by courier. Each month he takes a new snapshot and sends it to be published on the Social platform. If all requirements are met and we have received all the data, photos and signatures, we pay him his remuneration, but only after all requirements are met.
As from the first month the field worker will start receiving training in all facets of his new business unit. Once the FA has established 3 units of 100 people (Group) and has show that he/she has a reputable character we promote him/her to a GROUP DISTRIBUTOR (GD). The GD is responsible to supply the field agents with stock and collect the product authentication paperwork and deliver it to us. The GD receives an overriding remuneration per month for doing a good job. He/she only gets paid out if we are satisfied that all requirements in his group are up to standard. The GD is legible to build more than 3 units of 100 persons per unit. The GD receives additional training that is based on running a proper business. By recruiting his 2nd block of 9 units, he/she becomes eligible for the position of an AREA COORDINATOR (AC). (The GD remains as a GD, until the second group is formed and he become an AC.)
After identifying one of his FA’s to be responsible for one Group we appoint the person as an AC. The AREA COORDINATOR (AC)
is responsible for coordinating the stock delivery channel and does
authentication checks, as well as inspection on the health condition of the
members in all units in his group. The AC and the GD are recruiting groups on a
constant basis until the whole of Africa is under a feeding scheme.
The AC receives a monthly remuneration per month, and qualifies for Shares in the manufacturing plant, redeemable after 3 years. All dividends are kept until the end of this period. Establishing Manufacturing plants per country is part of the Master plan of the Agriculture Self reliance project, and forms a large component of funding through the selling of manufacturing rights to first world individuals and companies.
The Marketing rights of the Nutritional Supplement pack in first world countries will provide another large income stream towards accomplishing our goals.
- The Donor
The Sponsor or Donor is a first world Individual/company driven by personal reasons, religion or company policy (CSR) to make a contribution towards people less fortunate.
A Donor can be an individual contributing $30 via the breakfast club, a group of individuals forming their own group on Wi1P or a Corporation that donates as part of their Corporate Social responsibility. Corporate Social responsibility does not have to be a tax right off and there is no law against making it a profitable venture towards everybody, as long as the hungry are fed and pulled towards prosperity.
Obtaining manufacturing rights/licenses in a specific country is a sensible way of contributing towards ending world hunger and poverty. Marketing and Distribution rights in the first world, automatically earns a company a large CSR contribution.
