The Team

The management team comprises of an experienced and dedicated group of researchers, administration, and service staff. The Group features a skilled staff with up to 40 years of experience in medical related industries. The research team is a globally renowned team with some of the most eminent scientists and internationally renowned nutrition and consumer sciences, ethno botany and food technology specialists having been involved.

The Group currently has Board of Directors and an Executive Management Committee.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors (BOD) of Edge to Edge Global Investments Ltd is constituted and elected according to the provisions as contained in the Companies Act, (Act 61 of 1973) as amended.

The management and control of the company is vested in the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is responsible for corporative governance, strategic policy formulation, issuing of tactical directives, and prescription of structured administrative policy, processes and procedures. With listing the Board of Directors (BOD) of E2E will comprise 3 (three) executive members, and 3 (three) non-executive members

Executive Management Committee

The Executive Management Committee of E2E is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of functional operational tasks and duties of E2E.

At listing the Executive Management Committee comprises of at least 5 (Five) members. Each member of the Executive Management Committee has 1 (One) vote. The Chairperson of the Executive Management Committee does not have a casting vote in respect of any operational matter.

All operational matters are dealt with in terms of the provisions, regulations, procedures and policy manual of the company as approved by the Board of Directors from time to time.

John Christian Ellis (CEO)

John has diverse experience and background in manufacturing, marketing, retail, branding and financial services. He has a clear vision and is a strong motivator and team leader. As Executive Director John is leading the overall management and planning of the strategic direction of the Group. He is responsible for the Group's national and international expansion.

John is responsible for the identification and first negotiations of new business, and has played a significant role in establishing the business structures and strategic business units of E2E. He is mutually responsible for the identification of potential mergers and acquisitions. (He is also one of the founding members of Imuniti and E2E.)

Jan Daniel Louw (COO) (B-Com, MBA)

Jan started his career as a marketing specialist before he became involved in fund management and stock broking. He has diverse experience and background in investment's. As executive director Jan is mutually responsible for the overall management and planning of the strategic direction of the Group, for national and international expansion.

Jan is partly responsible for the identification and first negotiations of new business, and has played a significant role in establishing the structure of business units of E2E. He is mutually responsible for the identification of potential mergers and acquisitions. (He is also one of the founding members of Imuniti and E2E.)
