Quality of
Life Trials
- Imuniti Nutritional Supplement
Combo Pack (anecdotal)
The
IMUNITI Wellness Pack has
been used on thousands of sick individuals(HIV positive with or without full blown AIDS and other disorders
e.g., TB, diabetes, chronic fatigue, wasting) in 4 countries in Southern
Africa, namely, South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Lesotho, with
outstanding results with respect to health improvement.
One
Quality of Life (QOL) Pilot study was performed
in Namibia on 36 patients with a 100% success rate in the adult
individuals in terms of mass gain (6 – 10 kg on average after 4 weeks).
Another QOL trial on 100 patients was performed in Maseru, Lesotho.
The trial was conducted over a period of three months to determine the outcomes based on QOL
parameters (Weight, mood, appetite, mobility, physical strength, ability
to take care of oneself, be able to work and general well being).
Excellent results were achieved to the QOL parameters measured.
There
was an average mass gain of 2 – 4 kg per month, significant improvement
in mood and general well being, increased strength, less fatigue,
decreased symptoms of diarrhea, nausea and opportunistic infections. The
trial participants have been able to work and perform household duties,
with overall improvement in health and general productivity levels.
The IMUNITI
Wellness Pack was tested by the Occupational Health Clinic at
Independent Newspapers, in Durban with excellent results in terms of
increased energy, well-being and quality of life. The product was further tested by Ms Liz Clarke, the former chief
HIV/AIDS reporter for Independent Newspapers, on an AIDS sufferer in
Kwazulu Natal. Ms Clarke
received the USA-South Africa award for the best HIV/AIDS reporter in
South Africa for the year (2002-2003). The results of this trial test on a dying HIV/AIDS sufferer after
8 weeks were remarkable
(see attached article).
Various patients with a CD4
count of less than 10 have recovered, some over a period of 8 weeks, to
such an extent that they were able to return to work.
